My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
Thank you for looking around my shop. I hope you will find what you are looking for. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. All of our Art kits come with everything you need to complete your masterpiece, except if it states otherwise. We hope you enjoy your product and can't wait for you to visit again soon! Below are some rules and policies put in place to help you navigate through our shop in helping you understand returns and refunds.
Payments:
Payments will be through PayPal account. There will be no cash or credit card taking over unless through PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Please allow 2-3weeks to process and shipments for all items. This may vary depending on the item and how many items you have purchased. This is so we can be sure that the quality of the product is well put together and packaged and sent out in a timely manner. During Holiday's expect delays in shipments.
Refunds and Exchanges:
You can request a refund if product is defective upon arrival, We understand that sometimes when our products get to our customers that it may not arrival well depending many variables that we cannot control, therefore we are allowing you to ask for a refund up to 30 days after purchase of a your product. If you wish to choose to exchange your product for a new one, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. We will make sure that we deal with these type of issues case-by-case and be fair as we see fit.
