Welcome Message: Welcome to Farmhouse Fine Gifts. I hope you find something you are cannot live without. I will add items on a continuing basis as I produce them and encourage you to ask lots of questions. I strive to do all that I can to honor you as a person first and a lifetime customer second. I would rather have 100 questions from one customer and have them satisfied than receive no questions and lose a customer. All items are handmade by me, but many can be reproduced so please ask. Thank you for looking.
Payments: I accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing:I honor a 3-day cancellation period so all items will ship 3 days from the day payment is received, unless requested otherwise by the customer. Notification of shipping will be sent so make sure your email address accompanys your order. Thank you.
Refunds and Exchanges:I will exchange items if they arrive damaged. If this should occur please contact me prior to returning the item and then ship back with original shipping materials. I do not do refunds.
Additional Information: although I strive to make as much as possible from American made materials I do purchase product from 3rd party suppliers and cannot always guarantee that all materials are made here in the USA. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
