Welcome Message: Thank you for checking out my dragonflies. When you buy one, I'll send it to you well wrapped and protected for the journey from my studio to your place. I know you'll love it!
Payments: I accept Credit or Debit Cards, and PayPal through this website.
Shipping & Order Processing: I will have your dragonfly in the next day's mail or through UPS.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refund given if buyer definitely doesn't like the item. Buyer must assume return shipping fees.
