My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
AmberLilies has been designing and creating beautiful items for over 10 years. We sell our wares online, at craft fairs and take custom orders. If you have any questions on what you see online, where and when you can see us at up coming craft fairs and custom orders please contact us.
Payments:
For online sales we take payment through Paypal.
“You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.”
For in person sales we take all major card and cash payments.
Processing shipment takes place after receiving of full payment.

Shipping & Order Processing:
Currently we only ship within the United States. Items take approximately 3-7 days to process. Most shipments take 3-7 days for delivery. When possible items will be sent out in recycled packaging. We ship with UPS which gives you a tracking number once it your shipping is sent. All items will be shipped to the address provided at check out.
If you need your order expedited please contact AmberLilies, please be aware there will be additional charges.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I’m sorry but at this time AmberLilies cannot accept returns. While exchanges are on case by case situations. Please contact us with concerns and questions.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping.
Additional Information:
For custom order you must email AmberLilies with all details regarding the order. Depending on the order it could take 1 week to several months to create. Custom aprons take an estimation of 7 days to create. Custom blankets could take up to an estimation of 15-30 days to make. While custom dresses and costumes could take up to an estimation 1-2 months.
Please contact us with questions to get a better estimation for your desire project. All custom orders will get a confirmation email stating the estimated cost. A nonrefundable deposit of 70% of total cost is due before the custom order is started, and payment in full is required before shipping of the order.
