Welcome Message: Unlike many subscription services, we do not offer cosmetics or makeup. Just like your diet, we believe it is good to change your body care regime as the seasons change. We also recognize that just because a company is cruelty-free, doesn’t mean their ingredients are cruelty-free for the end-user! Same goes for gluten-free, vegan, or eco-conscious labeling. With that said, we will be as transparent as possible and provide you with only the best. Your health and happiness are top priorities to us.
Avid researchers and treasure-hunters, as we like to call ourselves – that’s how we find brands you can trust! Many of our products are premium sample or full-sized so they will last a while. Each box will always be valued at much more than the subscription price. We want to WOW you!
Each box includes approximately 7-10 premium-quality artisan spa and body products carefully chosen from about 4-5 different companies. Soak, soften, scrub, inhale, mist, light, massage, or drink? You’ll just have to find out….
Payments: Your credit card will be charged for your first care package when you place your initial order. Subsequent care packages will be charged between the 5th and 15th of the next seasonal cycle (August, November, February, or May).
For gift subscriptions, your card will be charged for the full amount at the time of purchase. There are no recurring charges with gift subscriptions or single care packages. Our recurring subscriptions do not have an end date. You may cancel almost anytime. If you are cancelling close to our billing times (August, November, February, or May), we kindly ask that you cancel preferably no later than the 1st of those months. Cancelling after the 1st of those months may result in your credit card being charged and a package being sent to you.
Shipping: Remedy Rush ships free to the 48 contiguous US states and to Canada for an additional $9.99 via USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of our subscription care packages. However, if any of the contents of the package are damaged during shipping please contact us and we’ll do our best to replace them as soon as possible – just contact us via email at customerservice@theremedyrush.com between the hours of 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.
Additional Information: If you missed the cut-off date for the current launch season (September 4th), please feel free to sign up for next season’s delivery.
If you would like to start your subscription with the winter care package, wait and purchase your subscription after September 4th. Normal Cut-off Dates: August 28th, November 28th, February 28th & May 28th
