Shipping Information:
I charge only what the actual costs are to ship your item, and no handling fees whatsoever. I value you as a customer more than I do a few bucks for the back-breaking labor of packing a box.
Journals are shipped in a muslin drawstring bag to protect them during transit, cradled in cottony comfort.
I'll always do my best to get things out quickly and if it's in stock, it will go out within a day or two. With custom orders, it usually takes one to three weeks to fulfill, depending on the complexity. Every single thing on this website is made by my own two delicate hands, so sometimes there is a backlog. If you have a special need or a specific date, email me first and we'll discuss it.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
While it's almost impossible to imagine, problems do occur and we should probably address them here. Contact email for any issues is support@handbound.net
Returns are possible within 30 days if you aren't satisfied with your purchase and in the case of a product defect (as determined by me). Typically an exchange or repair is offered free of charge and I'll cover the shipping. Each case is handled on an individual basis and is at my discretion. My ultimate goal is to make you happy, so I'm usually pretty discrete.
Cancellation of custom orders are eligible for partial refunds, depending on the circumstances. The terms will be defined as part of a custom order. Contact me with questions.

1. Shipping options: Currently I offer UPS ground and 3 day and USPS priority.
2. Payments are processed through Paypal. You can use your credit card to pay securely without having an account.
