Welcome Message: Mode.de.Vie specializes in handmade soy candles, home fragrances and bath/body supplies. Everything can be gift wrapped to order and gift basket/package deals are available. Payments: PayPal
Shipping & Order Processing: We process and ship orders the same or next business day via USPS. Custom design/fragrances require additional time; an estimate will be provided prior to payment.
Refunds and Exchanges: If items arrive damaged by the shipping company (i.e. fragrance oil leaking through the box, box open/crushed), please refuse them if possible. This helps us hold the carrier responsible for damages during handling. Otherwise, the buyer will need to pay for return shipping for any damaged items. We will gladly replace any item that is faulty or unsatisfactory for any reasons other than fragrance. Fragrances are highly subjective, and some people love certain smells which others find irritating. We are extremely picky, and we work very hard to choose only the most delightful and unique fragrances, but we still encourage you to try a "sampler pack" first! This will give you a chance to try several of our fragraces at a discounted price!!
Additional Information: Heartbroken because of a discontinued perfume or candle smell? We can't bring back the real thing, but chances are we can craft something very close, and it may even cost you less than you paid before!!
