Welcome Message: Hello! Thank you for visiting my site! I'm fairly new at online marketing - but I have been a crafter for most of my life. I enjoy what I do - and usually just make items for friends or family, but am branching out at the suggestion of friends and family. My items are made with love and the hope that the recepient will enjoy them as much as I have while making them.
Payments: I prefer payments via Paypal, but I will accept check/money order. Item(s) purchased will ship after payment has cleared.
Shipping & Order Processing: Once payment has cleared, I package the item in a padded envelope (for flat items such as blankets, hats, scarves, birth records etc), or into a box and off the post office I go. I generally use Priority Mail, and can get a tracking number if requested. I was using Flat Rate shipping, but found that sometimes regular shipping via Priority is cheapers, so I can use either one at your preference.
Refunds and Exchanges: Once you have received your item, and the size is wrong, or it's not what you were expecting, pleas contact me. I am happy to make an exchange or refund you the money and pay to have the item shipped back.
Additional Information: If you have an idea or like an item on my site, but the color doesn't suit - please let me know. I am more than happy to take orders on anything that you see in my store/site.
