Payments: Payments are to be made on day of mutual agreements of orders.
Shipping & Order Processing: Orders will be shipped from Visionary Artistry within 5-7 business days of order. Time of order sent subject to change based on size and/or quantity, which will be discussed/sent on day of order. We are committed creating the personalized hand-made item(s) possible.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds are based on mutual agreement of the need(s) thereof. Exchanges are not possible due to the nature of our products. However, Requests for different or altered items are possible.
