Welcome Message:

Thank you for shopping at Lynne Green.  We will respond to your queries, purchase order within 24 hours (except for computer crashes, power outages, etc.)  

Payments:

Payments are expected within three days of purchase.

Shipping & Order Processing:

Shipping costs vary, depending on the weight of the item.  I will always give you the lowest rate available, unless you request expedited shipping.  Insurance is at your discretion.

Orders are processed immediately and you will be notified when your item is shipped (usually within 3 days).

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you will receive a full refund (upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, within 10 days).
