Payments: PayPal, check or money order
Shipping & Order Processing: orders will be shipped the business day after funds are received
Refunds and Exchanges: If the product does not meet the buyers expectations the customer should send the item back and a refund will be made
Additional Information: colors for beaded bags and rosarys can be requested. Beaded bags take approximately three months to complete.
