Welcome Message: Welcome to Norla's Design and Sew. I am currently concentrating on quilts of all sizes, but you may occasionally see some doll clothes.
Payments: I accept Paypal payments.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping is done as quickly as possible, usually within 3 days, but I live a hundred miles from the post office, and weather can affect shipping times. I also may ship from the local mission, and then it will be a few days before they take it to the post office, so expect shipping to take 3 days to 14 days.
Refunds and Exchanges: I do not accept exchanges. Refunds will be given after the item is returned and received in the condition it was sent. Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer.
