My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Hi, my name is AJ Carroll. I have turned my passion of woodworking into a business. I have a store front on the first floor of my home in Swansea, MA that is open M-F 8am-7pm & weekends that I am not participating in a show event. Please call to verify we are open on the weekend 508-789-2321. I look for challenging ideas where I can make someone's vision or a picture from a magazine become a reality for them to have an unique item that fits perfectly with their decore and/or lifestyle. I offer a variety of country as well as vintage style pieces for home decor, outdoor living spaces and garden accents. I also offer wooden furniture repair. Why buy new when with a little TLC an old piece can be brought back to life! I take great pride in all the work I do to ensure a finished product that meets high standards and exceeds my customer's expectations.
Payments: Credit/debit cards (square), money order, via mail
Shipping & Order Processing: UPS or USPS depending on cost value & package size.
Refunds and Exchanges: Full refund of product price paid if not satisfied & we are unable to make corrections that will meet your satisfaction within 10 days of recieving product back. Customer must first contact shop by telephone for a Return Authorization. Customer responsible for return shipping charges on all custom made orders.
Additional Information: Any time you contact my shop you will be dealing with either myself personally or my wife Ellen. I believe my personal attention will maintain the integrity I desire for my shop.
