Payments:
We accept PayPal, personal checks, or money orders. A returned check fee of $50 will be assessed in addition to merchandise total, and payment will need to be cleared with bank check only. If you have any questions, please ask.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Shipping is through US Postal service and will vary based on destination and package weight. Please allow 3 business days for shipping send-out. Please contact us with any questions, and tracking information will be provided.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Considered on a case by case basis. Returns MUST be in the same condition as shipped in order to receive a refund. Please allow extra time for an exchange wanted in different colors or themes from the original. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Additional Information:
All items can be customized in different colors and themes, but please understand that will add extra processing and shipping times to what is in stock. Time frames can be discussed via personal communications at any time. Your satisfaction is our priority. If we have difficulty in receiving materials from the supplier to make your order, you will be contacted and alternative suggestions given. If these suggestions are not to your liking, your order can be cancelled and all money refunded. Please reach out with any questions. Thank you!
