Shipping & Order Processing: Orders generally take between 1 and 2 weeks to be completed and ship. Custom items can take up to 4 weeks, but please let us know if you are in a time crunch and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Refunds and Exchanges: Scrappily Ever After believes in 100% Customer Satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with our products, we will be happy to refund the purchase price.
