Seaside Soap and Candle offers refund or replacement of any product that is not 100% satisfactory. It is our intention to provide the most natural and nurturing ingredients we can find and continue to search for the best ingredients available for our products. Please return any product for replacement or refund if not completely satisfied with any of our items. We welcome feedback and comments
Shipping Policy:
- Orders are shipped as soon as possible.
-Soap orders can take up to 3 weeks if out of stock and need to be made.
- Candles are shipped within 1-2 weeks depending on size of order.
- Customer will be billed on order invoice for shipping and insurance.
- All UPS shipments must include a street address
- Please state shipping preference; US Post Office or UPS
