Welcome Message: We're having fun with our crafts and want to share them with you. As a small hobby business, we don't have the knowledge or access to the latest innovations, so do things the old-fashioned and reliable way. Thanks for looking at our shop!
Payments: I'm sorry we don't have Pay Pal or another quick way to process payments. Please mail a check or money order to Anne Hobbs, 200 N Darrowby Drive, Raymore, MO 64083, and we'll get your item out to you right away!
Shipping & Order Processing: Orders will be dropped in the mail the day we get your payment.
Refunds and Exchanges: You will be so pleased with your purchase that no refunds or exchanges will be necessary. Also, since our items are small, inexpensive and include free shipping, it wouldn't be worth it to re-ship or exchange.
