Payments:
We accept PayPal, Money Orders and Credit/Debit cards. Credit card customers, please pay via PayPal (no PayPal account is required).
Money Order Customers, please contact me via Festivalnet e-mail or Fynix Creations email to let me know when you will be sending payment. Orders will not be shipped until payment received.
International Customers, you will need to pay with either a PayPal account, or using a credit card via PayPal. No checks will be accepted. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please pay for your purchase within 5 days or your sale will be cancelled.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Please note that our current production time is two weeks. Items are shipped within 24-36 hours of cleared payment. All US orders are shipped First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the package. All USPS purchases include delivery confirmation. An e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped.
Please provide a valid email address when placing your order.
International orders are shipped Priority International Mail and this group will also receive an e-mail and confirmation when your order has shipped. We try to ship orders out faster than the stated time frame, but we are human and have obligations as well as families and want to enjoy our time with them and manage time accordingly.
Please allow 7-14 business days once the items have shipped for US orders, and 10-20 business days for International orders. Custom orders may take longer than two weeks. Please contact us BEFORE purchase if you would like your item(s) shipped in a specific time frame.
We cannot guarantee the arrival date of any shipment. All items will be shipped with a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You do have the option of buying insurance to cover lost items. For international shipments, items being held in customs may cause extended delays. We are not responsible for custom fees or import charges.
If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us immediately. Your item is packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs/duties fees incurred in shipping to their respective countries.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We take pride in our work and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly accept the return of your merchandise, in its unused original condition, up to 15 days after purchase. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any custom orders (enlargements, personalization & special fabric orders) do not qualify as refundable/returnable.
If there are any concerns with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible, I will do my best to resolve any issues.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
