Welcome Message:
Thank you for coming to my site. Take your time and look around. If you have any questions,please email or text me. I hope you enjoy all of my creations. What is shown in my shop will give you an idea of what I create.

Payments:
Payments are due at ordering. For commission pieces, 1/2 the payment is due at ordering and the other 1/2 is due before shipping.
I accept: Cash, Check (made out to Wendy Welch), Money order (made out to Wendy Welch), Zelle, PayPal and Square.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Most orders I create when you purchase the item so it is truly made just for you. The creations can take at least 5 days to create or more depending on how detailed the piece is and kiln time. I can be more accurate about times when I know what I am making.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If a piece is damaged through the mail, I will need pictures of the box and of the item. We can then discuss whether you would like the item replaced or a refund.
