Welcome Message:Hi! Welcome to my shop. I am new to FNO but am really excited I stumbled upon it. I hope to grow my shop in time and offer more of my creations. I mainly create jewelry, but also crochet, cross stitch, make crafts, and sew. Check in often because I'm sure my listings will change often! :-)
Payments: For quickest processing, please make an immediate payment to PayPal. I am willing to take a check or money order, if necessary. Please realize the item will not be shipped until check or money order arrives and payment has cleared the bank.
Shipping & Order Processing:
When I receive an order, I generally can get it in the mail the next day. This may vary slightly if I am out of town or at an expo for a few days. I prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not happy with a purchase, feel free to exchange it or return it within 10 days. If it's the wrong size, the color wasn't what you expected, you changed your mind, whatever...let me know and I will work with with you as quickly as possible to remedy the situation.

I have been making jewelry and crafts for more than 20 years and sell them on consignment and at various shows and expos. I have had my business, Simply Susi, for over ten years. I make special orders for nearly anything- if you can think it, I can probably make it. I have very satisfied customers that come to see me year after year at certain events. I get my special orders mailed in a timely fashion and haven't had any issues, so far. Every piece I create, I do so with enthusiasm and heart-felt effort. Everything I make is an extension of myself, so I take great pride in whatever I do. It's silly but I always say I hope my beauties go to a good home. Corny, but it's true. Speaking of corn, I'm from Iowa, hence the time to create is ample on those -30 degree days in winter when everything shuts down during a blizzard!
