My Shop Policies
TERMS OF SALE:
* By placing your order, you agree that you have read and understand our shop policies.
* These terms are subject to change at any time at our discretion.
* Please check back each time before completing your order.
PAYMENTS:
* Payment are accepted through Paypal only.
* Payment will show "Treasure Box" on your statements.
Order Processing & Shipping:
* Orders in the US are shipped out through USPS First Class Mail with Tracking Confirmation Number.
* International orders will be shipped USPS First Class International Mail.
* Custom Orders will have a separate listing and are shipped out through USPS Priority Mail upon completion. An email will be sent out to you.
* Orders will be processed when payment received has been cleared through Paypal.
* Custom Orders will vary from 10 to 30 business days based on type of item, quantity ordered and/or material availability.
* Please plan and place your orders early for any up coming holidays or events.
Refunds and Exchanges:
* Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with detail if damaged/defective before returning any merchandise.
* Items must be returned in original packaging within 30 days from shipping date.
* Exchanges will be accepted on Damaged/Defective merchandise only.
* Customized Orders are not Returnable/Refundable/Exchangeable since the pieces of jewelry that are made are based on your specifications.
* An RA# (Return Authorization Number) will be issued and emailed to you with return information.
* There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned product that are not damaged/defective which will be deducted from your original payment.
* Returns are buyers responsibility. Shipping and Handling cost are not refundable.

* International buyers are responsible for all possible Brokerage and Custom Fees in your country.
