Payments: Payment is expected upon purchase of any items and no items will be shipped until payment is received. I am sorry but at this time we are not able to accept check or money orders.
Shipping & Order Processing: All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of ordering and paying for the product. A tracking number will be provided for all orders once shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: The store has a 15 day return policy any items returned within that time frame will receive a full refund. You may still return items up to 30 days after purchase; however, if it is after 15 days only store credit will be issued.
If an item is damaged in the mail please reach out as soon as you receive the item. Damage disputes must be made within 3 days of delivery for exchange or refund consideration.
Additional Information: These items are handmade and may have minor imperfections or blemishes. Please note that before buying.
