Payments:
For payments we accept paypal through this site.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All US orders are shipped out priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. Unfortunately international shipping does not have a reliable or affordable way of tracking so it is ship at your own risk. The majority of my sales are international orders and I have not yet had any problems. However I can not tell you shipping times due to customs and the buyer is responsible for all customs/duty fees.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I will return or exchange any pre-made item as long as it is shipped back out within five days of you receiving it and item is still in sellable condition (no stains, tears, smells or glitter). I will refund payment, however buyer must pay all shipping and paypal fees.
Custom orders are not returnable.
Additional Information:
Wholesale pricing is available. To get wholesale pricing you must purchase five or more of one item and then you will receive 20% off the listed price. Not all items are available for wholesale. Feel free to contact us with any questions or for a wholesale listing to be created.
If a custom listing is created for you please pay within seven days of listing. If payment is not received and there is no contact from buyer the listing will be removed and any agreements made for the listing are subject to change. If there is a problem and you can not pay within the seven days please feel free to contact Wings of Sin.
