My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: I have more handcrafted gifts in my Etsy Shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/HalfAssAcres. I take custom orders and many of my items are customizable through laser engraving.
Payments: I accept payment through PayPal, most credit cards via Square and through personal check/money orders. Payment in full is required prior to shipment.
Shipping & Order Processing: Most orders are shipped by USPS due to their smaller size. Allow 1-2 weeks from receipt of payment for delivery. Some custom items may take longer and I will notify you if that is the case.
Refunds and Exchanges: I gladly take returns on standard items within 5 days of delivery. Shipping on returns is paid by the customer.
