Welcome to the One Person with Imagination (OPwI) shop!!
My jewelry is designed and crafted using vintage items, crystals, beads, natural stones, and more. My jewelry makes great gifts for family and friends, holidays, special occasions or just for every day wear.
Since I think that every woman needs a bit of magic in their lives, my main goal is make unique jewelry to enhance your natural beauty and put a little bling in your day!
Except for the one of a kind items [i.e., vintage items, etc], the items listed are demos. After each sale, please send me a convo to ensure each piece you order is sized to you desired lengths. That is why the turnaround time is a bit long. [[See standard turnaround time description below]
**Exception to the shipping time line - Since the one of a kind items are already made, I can ship these within 1-3 business days.
Standard turnaround time: Your item(s) will be shipped to you via USPS First Class or First Class International mail within fifteen (15) business days after payment is received unless otherwise stated. Please note that "business days" means weekdays Monday through Friday, and excludes weekends and US postal holidays. The stated turnaround time *does not* include postal transit time.
If you need to receive your items sooner than the stated turnaround time, please contact me prior to placing your order.

Shipping & Order Processing:

Refunds and Exchanges:
In the event you need to return an item, please contact me through an Etsy conversation. I will be happy to work with you to work out either an exchange, return for refund, or rework of the item you have purchased. I appreciate your business and want you to be completely pleased with your purchases.
If you need to ship an item back to me, I do ask that you pay for the shipping back, but your original shipping costs will be refunded to you along with the full purchase price. I will contact you to confirm that your returned item was received within three (3) business days of receipt.
