Payments: Crafts are shipped in 2-3 days after we receive confirmation of your payment from our payment processor. Upon receipt of confirmation, we will notify you by email and include the shipping date and expected delivery date. The business opportunity kit, "Rock Fans Wanted," will be shipped 14 days after we receive confirmation of your payment from the payment processor. Please provide an email address so we can confirm and/or update the status of your order.
Shipping & Order Processing: Stone Crafts are shipped in 2-4 days after your payment clears our bank account. SPECIAL NOTE: Orders received between February 28th and March 5th - will be shipped March 9th.
We ship crafts via FedEx or USPS. Rock crafts are extremely durable. Although damage is rare, we insure packages for a minimum of $100. Stone decor valued at more than $100 is usually insured for higher amounts at our discretion. We order delivery tracking, and therefore, can inquire about the status of your delivery with USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges: Place your order with confidence. Upon receipt of a stone craft, if the craft differs from the image shown in the web store and you are not satisfied, don't wait - you must ship it back immediately (within 72 hours of receipt). Upon receipt of the returned craft, we will reset the stones - and ship the craft back to you.
If you are still unsatisfied AFTER the stones have been reset, simply return the craft within 72 hours of receipt and we'll refund 75% of your payment. 25% of your payment is retained to cover additional expenses arising from the second return of the craft.
You are responsible for return shipping costs if you ship a craft back to us. We are responsible for shipping costs when we ship to you.
Stone Calendars are a seasonal item and returns are not allowed.
Additional Information: It's rare for a stone to come loose during shipping. However, if a stone comes loose - please don't be alarmed; this is not damage. Simply drop a few drops of glue in the cement space where the stone belongs, and put the stone back in place. Viewers will be unable to recognize a rock came out and was glued back in place.
Stone picture frames are fitted with clear plastic or fiberglass; both look great showcasing pictures.
NOTE: We never use glass in picture frames (glass is fragile and may crack during shipping).
Crafts do not include the pictures or photos shown. Also, craft purchases do not include props shown (i.e. wood signs, flowers, knick-knacks, snacks, etc.). However, wood signs maybe purchased separately.
