Payments:
Payment must be received before item is shipped. If item arrives damaged from shipping a refund will be given. Items will be shipped within 14 days, most much sooner.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Most of our orders include shipping for your convenience.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If item arrives and is damaged a refund will be given and item must be sent back unless otherwise directed. Some items sold are recycled and may show signs of age. That is their charm. We will do our best to show pictures of defects but if those are shown and are purchased, no refunds for those items will be given. It is our hopes to make all of our customers happy with our products.
Additional Information: Some times we will provide additional pictures of items if requested.
