Most products are handcrafted within 7-10 business days.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order
* Use a sunshine cloth or other jewelry polishing cloth to gently polish the surface of non oxidized surfaces of your jewelry.
* Avoid polishing pre-oxidized (black) surfaces. These pre-oxidized surfaces were given a black tarnish to add an antique finish. If polished, the look of your jewelry will change.
* Too much pressure is applied to jewelry
* Using jewelry dips and solutions on pre-oxidized surfaces.
We ship via USPS after receipt of payment. All orders ship in unmarked packages to maintain your privacy.
