Welcome Message: I want you to be happy with your order!
Payments: I accept PayPal or checks.
Shipping & Order Processing: Your order will be processed within one business day of being received. In most cases I will be able to ship out the order the same day.
Refunds and Exchanges: If you are unhappy with the product, you may return the item within 7 days to receive a full refund.
Additional Information: Each item is hand wired and therefore is unique. I use several different scrolling designs to complete each piece. If you would like a specific style, please message or phone me.
