D & B Rustic Timber Designs, LLP is committed to providing quality products handcrafted from natural materials at affordable prices. Natural wood products have natural flaws, therefore, something that may appear to be “damaged/defective” is actually a characteristic of that particular wood. Products are inspected and carefully packaged before shipping occurs to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. We realize that shipping carriers may not handle our products like we do, therefore, you may receive a damaged product.
Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged from our shipping carrier, please contact us within 3 business days after you have received your order via email at dbrusticdesigns@gmail.com or by calling 517-861-6149. We will be more than happy to assist you. To be considered for a return, refund or exchange, you must contact us within the 3 business day time frame. Notification after the 3 business day timeframe will be handled on a
case-by-case basis.
Example: If you received your order on Monday June 4th, you MUST contact us by Thursday June 7th (Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time) Email us at: dbrusticdesigns@gmail.com with a description of the defect, damage or dissatisfaction.
Refund or exchange is offered if product is damaged by our shipping carrier.
All products must be returned in the same condition products were shipped. Products must not have signs of being used or altered in any way. Used or altered products will be returned back to you and will be denied for refund or exchange in accordance with this policy. Return shipping costs for damaged items will be paid for by D & B Rustic Timber Designs, LLP by crediting your method of payment once the item has been returned and subsequently exchanged.

It is important that you carefully inspect each item on our website to ensure it meets your size, color and design preferences. Our product images accurately reflect the color and each product description lists dimensions along with pertinent product information. Upon delivery, if you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact us within 3 business days after you have received your order via email at dbrusticdesigns@gmail.com or by calling 517-861-6149. We will be more than happy to assist you to guarantee you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. To be considered for a return, refund or exchange, you must contact us within the 3 business day time frame. Notification after the 3 business day timeframe will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
