Welcome Message:
Ann Jonz manufactures the decorative pillows in the local area of Springfield, Illinois. The manufacturing tags used by the company states the pillows are "Made in The United States of America". Soon, the company will have distribution outlets in Missouri, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, and Colorado. "It's a goal I made when I started the company" (Maurice Long, CEO). Payments:
Payments are due at the point of sell. The delivery fee will be added to the final total price. Consumer must leave contact information for warranty claims on products available. If the consumer can not be contacted by the information provided at the time of purchase, the consumer will have ten business days to claim their pillow or order will be cancelled.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Give the company 3-5 business days to have the product manufactured and delivered locally. If the consumer is outside the local area of Springfield, Illinois delivery options may differ.
Refunds and Exchanges:
There are no refunds. If the pillows shipped by Ann Jonz are damaged upon delivery, we will replace or exchange that item with another pillow of the same texture. Unless the problem is an manufacturing issue, the company can only be responsible for products the company makes and not what UPS does.
