Payments:
I accept credit card payments online
I only accept cash and check payments from in person sales.
For Home Decorating a contract will be signed entailing all you will receive for your protection and mine. I normally require a down payment and the rest at completion. The price is determined by the size of the job I am to do.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All items are Made-To-Order and require 3-5 business days to make and are sent out with the shipping you choose at checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges:
For my decorating services there is a full refund for any down payment ONE DAY after payment. If cancelled two to three days after that the initial down payment there is only a half refund. Any amount of days after that a refund can not be given.
For my rocks or wreaths you can return the items with a full refund minus shipping & handling costs. Or you may exchange for a different item with the same price value or lower. If it is lower the difference will be refunded to you.
