Payments:
We currently accept PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of completed payment with the exception of custom orders. Shipping and Order processing information will be provided in the listing for custom items.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we want you to love your item as much as we do. However, we must balance that goal with our desire to make our pieces of art affordably priced. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted unless an item is damaged in transit. If an item arrives damaged we require that you notify us on writing via email to hollywolfehinerman@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. You must include photos of the item, a detailed description of the damage, your preferred resolution (ie money back, different item, ect), and contact information. A member of our family will then respond promptly and work with you to resolve the matter.
However, if an item arrives and you are unhappy with it I encourage you to reach out to us so that we can discuss the matter and attempt to rectify the situation.
Additional Information:
Please keep in mind that these are handcrafted works of art and, as such, may have aspects that some consider less than perfect. You will receive the exact item pictured in the listing and I ask that you take the time to look at the pictures and read the description. You are welcome to ask any questions about the item.
We are happy to work with you go make a custom piece based on your specifications. To do so please email us and we can work with you to design and craft the item. Then we will post the item for you to purchase through the website. You must purchase the item through the site in order to stay within the requirements of the site. We strive to do all things with honor and integrity and requrst that you not ask us to violate any rules or policies.
