Welcome Message:
Come visit Artfully Ann's and take your time looking through my eclectic collection of colorful, unique and functional art, everyone designed and hand made by me. Come browse through each section from knit and crocheted items, jewelry, fiber art, photo art, accessories and embroidered items. Many of these items are ready to give as birthday, Valentine's Day and Easter presents. New things are being made all the time. Please keep on checking back for new arrivals!!
Payments:
PayPal or VISA is acceptable. Payment via PayPal must be received within 2 days of purchase or the transaction will be canceled and the item placed back in to inventory for sale.
I will be charging 9.5% sales tax on all orders sold to those living in Washington State. Sales tax will be deleted upon processing of order if the Buyer does not live in the State of Washington. This will be adjusted upon verification of zip code location.
Shipping & Order Processing:
I will ship your Artfully Ann's creation(s) usually within 2 business days of payment. If there is a postal holiday, an additional day may be required.
Shipping methods of items have been developed to provide the customer with the most cost effective method and the quickest delivery. If the item is heavy, but fits into a Priority Mail flat rate box, Priority Mail is recommended. If the item is small and very light then regular First Class Mail is recommended, but the delivery will take longer. If your item(s) are shipped via First Class Mail there will be no method of tracing the shipment. (That means there will be no tracking number.) If you wish for your item(s) to be tracked, insured or shipped via a faster method this can be arranged for an additional charge. Priority or Express shipping with additional insurance can be arranged at the time of order.
Usually standard First class U.S. Post Office shipments take between 2 and 10 days. Delivery time varies depending on your location. If you are located internationally it may take as much as 40 days unless shipped via air mail.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct in PayPal and within your order. If these are different I will ship to the address in shown on the order (unless otherwise requested).
Custom orders will be shipped in accordance with the estimate provided at the time of purchase. These times vary depending on what is being made and the backlog of orders. Normally a portion of a custom order will require a payment prior to commencement of the project, with a final payment upon shipment. Custom orders will not be taken on a “RUSH” basis as even these are original creations in their own right.
Make note!!! There will be times when I am out on the road. I do have help with shipping; however, the time frame may lag 1 or 2 days.
Orders will be marked shipped, once they have been mailed. You can check the status of your order through UPS or USPS if the method of shipment is trackable. I will always advise the date of shipment and the estimated time of arrival.

Refunds and Exchanges:
I want you to fall in love with the creation(s) you have selected. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied, please contact me via FNO Market Place email and give me an opportunity to work with you.
* All refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case base.
* I have done my best to convey the descriptions and materials used in all items. Keep in minds that these are all handmade items and do contain some variations.
* I’ve tried to photograph the items to represent the correct color, but take no responsibility for refunds on items were colors are just slightly off from the photograph.
* Additionally, twenty percent of the total cost of the order shall not be refunded, if there is no defect, but you are not satisfied. Defective products will be checked out after received and credited accordingly.
* In any case (ordering-refunding), buyer must provide back and forth shipping and handling fees.
* After receiving a package or envelope, calculated item price will be refunded via PayPal.
* Please note I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items after the package leaves my hands.
* I will be more than happy to add insurance or tracking for any and all items for a fee, but cannot replace or refund any item that is lost in the mail. Most of these creations are one of a kind.
Additional Information:
Thank you for shopping at Artfully Ann’s. It’s my wish that you have found at least one creation you have fallen in love with. Maybe you have found a number of items for people you love or are fond of. I will continue to add more and more to the eclectic collections. Please note that all these items have been made in a pet free, non-smoking environment. I try to use natural and recycled materials as much as possible as “Reuse, Recycle” is one of my golden rules. However, some of my wool and basic materials do come for locations overseas and I have no control over what environment in which these items were produced. Hand died wool and hand printed materials are my favorites, but very hard to come by at a reasonable price. Hence the cost of some items are not only in the labor, but in the hand-made nature of the materials as well. All of these items are one of a kind and have not been made from any pattern available on the commercial market.
I do accept custom orders. If you have dreamed of something and you would like to see if it can be created, I'd be more than happy to give it a try. In this case I can't guarantee it will come out the way you might envision. However, if you can generally describe it and draw a reasonable picture and explain the type of materials I'll give it a try. Let’s chat, I'm not shy!!!
