Welcome Message:Welcome to Brockus Creations, found in America's Heartland! My husband and I design and create slave bracelets (hand flowers) and slave anklets (barefoot sandals), stained glass sun catchers and wind chimes, themed ceiling fan pulls and zipper pulls, specialty jewelry such as head pieces and ear cuffs, as well as gemstone, crystal and glass jewelry.
We love it when our customers find the perfect piece or when we can create a special piece to match an outfit or occasion. Custom orders are one of our specialties!

Payments:FORMS OF PAYMENT ~ We accept payment by check, money order, PayPal and VISA, MasterCard, and Discover card. Orders made by check or money order should be mailed to us at CJ BrockusRapp, 78262 Jefferson Rd, Wakita, OK 73771 and MADE PAYABLE to CJ BrockusRapp.
SALES TAX ~ Oklahoma state law requires that Oklahoma residents be charged sales tax on purchases from our company. We are also required by some states to inform our out-of-state customers that you may be legally required to pay a use tax on your purchase to your state of residence.
Shipping & Order Processing:Shipping ~ We use only the United States Postal Service to ship our products. Since we live in America’s Heartland, that generally means that orders to the east and west coasts can take up to 7 days to be delivered to you at first-class rate. If faster shipping is required, please request Priority Mail Delivery, which is generally 3 to 5 business days, although the post office does not guarantee arrival in that time frame. Keep in mind, in true rural America, there is no such thing as Overnight Shipping. Express shipping is guaranteed for two day delivery but is very expensive.
Because each piece is almost always made to order, allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipment of your order. If it is needed sooner than that, please provide the date that your order is needed in the notes from buyer section and we will try to work it into our regular order and show schedule. We will contact you if this is not possible. While it does not usually take this long for you to receive your order, it does occasionally happen, so be sure to let us know when you need it.
All shipping charges now include a .90 charge for Delivery Confirmation. While we don't often have shipments lost in the mail, when it does happen, we have a disappointed and upset customer and we bear the expense and time of remaking the order and reshipping the order, so we have decided that it's in everyone's best interest to ship each order with Delivery Confirmation that we and our customers can can track ; ).
Refunds and Exchanges:RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ~ In the event that your purchase does not fit, we will be happy to resize it at no extra cost. If your purchase is damaged en route, simply return it to us and we will replace and/or repair as needed. Your purchase is guaranteed for one year of normal wear. If repair is needed after one year, our normal restringing/replacement charges will apply.
