Welcome Message:
Creams N Things specializes in handmade, all-natural bath and body products. Most of the products are vegan, although the massage bars contain beeswax, so those are not. Almost anything can be customized with a particular scent, so just let me know!
Payments:
Please pay via PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Most items are ready to be shipped within 2 days of processing, however, some custom or specialty items will take a longer time.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I will happily do refunds and exchanges for items that arrive broken or are incorrect. However, I will not do a refund or exchange if you purchase an item and do not like the scent. Please feel free to get a sample size, or something unscented, if you are unsure about the scent.
Additional Information:
The lotions and creams have not been tested in an official lab, however there is a preservative in them and I test them myself. This being said- please do not apply lotion to an open wound etc.
Please try to refrain from getting water into the salt scrubs as it is possible for bacteria to grow in the oils when water is introduced. I have added preservatives in order to take precautionary measures, but please try to keep water out of any bath or sugar scrubs.
