My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Welcome to Encore! Old Pianos with a New Song! And thank you for visiting my shop. If you see what you like, great! If you would like something personalized, message me with your request and I'll see if I can do it. Payment for commissioned works is due in advance, and please allow 2-3 weeks for production. If you live locally, we can meet somewhere to receive your item; otherwise, I will gladly ship it to you or to someone else whom you request. I do offer gift wrapping and will ship without a receipt of payment if going directly to the recipient of a gift.
Payments: Payment is due at the time of the order. I prefer PayPal, but I also accept personal checks and money orders. If you live locally and wish to arrange a pick-up/delivery, I can accept payment by cash or credit/debit card at the time of the exchange. Just let me know beforehand if you will be paying by credit/debit.
Shipping & Order Processing: Please allow 1 business day for processing of items already in stock. Items made on commission will need 2-3 weeks. I will ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation so that there is a tracking number. Your item will ship when your payment has cleared, and I'll message you with the tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges: Please bear in mind that my art is made from upcycled (used) pianos, so the pieces will have an aged look to them. As for painted backgrounds, they come out a little different every time, so your item may not look exactly like the one in the photo. With that in mind, if you are not satisfied with the item you receive, or if it arrives damaged, you may return it to me for repair, exchange, or refund. So far all my customers have been very pleased with their purchases, so I offer you this service with confidence.
