Shipping & Order Processing: All orders will be shipped in 1-3 days. custom orders
take longer to process.
Refunds and Exchanges: returns are excepted and refunds will be processed in the form of the payment that was used to enter original transaction. Returned items must be returned in same condition it was sent.
