Payments:
I accept payment by Paypal. If you want to send check or money order, you will need to wait while it clears your account until I can ship.
Shipping & Order Processing: My hand made pieces can take up to 7 to 14 days to reach you unless they've already been made. If time is an issue, please just contact me and we'll work it out. Antique pieces will ship in 3 to 5 days.
Refunds and Exchanges:
There are no returns on custom pieces. I can accept returns as long as the items weren't damaged by you.
