Payments:
We accept check, money order, Venmo, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. PayPal is available; call or send a message with your PayPal address and we will send you an invoice through PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Fedex, or UPS. Free shipping applies to US destinations only; customer will be billed separately for shipping to international destinations.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the technique of water-marbling, as well as the natural silks and other materials we use, variations will occur in the pattern and color. Many people see these slight variations as part of the beauty of our products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your Mayu Silk Art purchase, we will happily offer an exchange or refund your money within 30 days of purchase upon the return of the item. Just give us a call and we will work with you to resolve your issue or process your return request.
