Welcome Message: Daffodil Gems Soap and Lotions is a great way to have 'home made' soap as presents for friends and family for all accasions.
I taught myself to do this about a 6 years ago when I wanted to make presents for Christmas rather than simply buying them. I enjoyed making soap so much I continued learning and experimenting, and decided to share my creations with all of you.

Shipping & Order Processing: Your order will ship as soon your payment is received in bank 

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Place a copy of your order in the return box. If you do not have a copy, please include a letter stating the item you are returning and why. Include your name, email address and phone number so that we may
  properly process your return.
• Please send us a email before returning your items. 
• Mail the return using the carrier of your choice to our address:

• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
• Import/Export duties and taxes are not reimbursable.
• All returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of order
