Shipping & Order Processing: Orders will be packaged and shipped within 3 days, unless ordered near a weekend or holiday.
Refunds and Exchanges: Exchanges only. Refunds will not be issued for online orders unless returned at the owners expense and the items are in the same condition as when they were shipped to the customer.
