Welcome Message: Welcome to Victories- where the small details are within your reach at a reasonable competeive price.
Payments:Money orders and paypal. Custom orders require 50% down and the remaining prior to shippment.
Shipping & Order Processing:I ship within 2 days of item being paid for. I at times do shipping discounts for multi items. I charge exact shipping and will send invoice for payment. At times I may also meet someone for pickup in certain areas of (all OHIO Only) Coshocton, Dresden, Zanesville, and Mt Vernon.
Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds on shipping cost. Refunds on item are by a individual basis showing damage or that item not as described. No refunds on custom items as I can not resale them.
