My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:Please read the Shop Policies:
Payments:All payments must be made with PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing: We use US Postal Service as our shipping partners. Shipping is restricted to within the Continental United States. Processing may take up to two weeks depending on season. June through December are our busiest times. We do the best we can to get all orders shipped within 5 business days. We insure all packages via USPS. The cost of shipping can vary depending on the amount of product ordered. We try to use Set Rate Priority Mail whenever possible. If we find we have to create our own packaging an additional cost may apply. We will be sure to alert you to the total of due before shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges: Generally we do not make refunds as we sell a food product that cannot be reused. If you find the product damaged or broken, please discard. Contact the shipping company immediately with details. Then contact us about the issue. The USPS will refund the insured amount and we will pass on either a refund for the damaged product (less the cost of shipping) or replace the lost product.
