Shipping & Order Processing: Most Items will be made to order just for you, so please allow several days for product creation. Orders will then be shipped priority and should arrive promptly.
Refunds and Exchanges: We at Tooth and Talon stand by the quality and care put in to our pieces of wearable art. If you are ever unhappy with your piece, please feel free to contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter. If your piece ever needs service or repair we will gladly fix, polish, or replace the item if you ship it to us. If you feel that nothing can be done at all and you need a cash refund we can accommodate that request as well, but we do request that you return the object in question.
