We accept PayPal and Credit Cards.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $6 flat rate shipping to the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 2FruitBearers@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at 2FruitBearers@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds and Exchanges:
2FruitBearers works diligently to ensure our products are in excellent condition when they come to you. We strive to keep our products unique just like you. It's not quantity but quality that matters! It's very IMPORTANT that you read our refund policy when purchasing because it could be different depending on whether it ships in house or out of house & the reason for that is because the manufacturer may have certain guidelines for us to follow. We are obedient to that & want to ensure you get a refund if needed. If our refund policy is different than what is here, it will be listed on the product page as well. Please understand that our refund policies are in place for our protection as well as yours. 2FruitBearers provides quality products but it comes with a cost for us too & as a small business we must adhere to the refund guidance's provided to us as well.
If you ever, ever, ever have any concerns then let us know. We are here for you & want you to be happy. Contact us before returning any items. We do not accept refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns for any items & size exchanges are refunded/exchanged at your expense and discretion.
2FruitBearers will accept returns/exchanges with original tags and packaging if initiated within 30 days of receiving all items in the order unless their is a product that specifically states a different refund method within the product page. Please always read carefully. We strive to please our customers.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, we will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
Please allow us 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. If there was a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
In the event, an item was shipped to you damaged or defected we will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible. If a defected item was our fault, we will do our absolute best to make it right.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
