Shipping & Order Processing: Given the size of these pieces they cannot be overnighted, and will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days of your order.
Refunds and Exchanges: We take the utmost care in shipping of our products, but if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, send it back in the condition it arrived and we'll be happy to issue a refund, minus the shipping costs.
Additional Information: We're just starting out, and welcome any design which you would like to have done on commission. We can work with the bottle caps you desire, and are capable of sending you rough drafts via email to know what you would be purchasing.
