Thank you very much for your purchase from Wathen Custom Woods. We strive to make every item meet your highest expectations, but if you have any questions feel free to contact us.
Payments:
Payment due in full at the time of most purchases. For service orders, 50% of purchase price is due at the time work commences, with final payment due at time the item is delivered in person. Interest will be charged for late and defunct payments.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Smaller items will be shipped within one week of purchase in most cases. Price of shipping to be paid by customer. Large items such as patio furniture is only available within the seller's local area.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All products are sold in perfect condition.
