Welcome to Dutch Baby. We're so happy you're here and know you'll love our diaper bags as much as we do. We design all of them ourselves and oversee the production to ensure the very best quality. We're certain this is the only diaper bag you'll ever need.
Payments:
Payments are through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may pay with a credit card through PayPal. No need to set up an account
Shipping & Order Processing:
Your order is processed and shipped the same day or day after you order it.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds only within 30 days. Item must be unused and in the same condition which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, hang tags and accessories (changing pad, stroller hooks, etc.). After receiving your returned diaper bag, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable) will be offered if the diaper bag is defective. Please send an email to us at orders@dutchbaby.net and send your item to Dutch Baby, 1338 S Foothill Dr. #304, Salt Lake City, UT 84108
You will be responsible for your shipping on returns and will be subtracted from the price of the diaper bag.
