Payments: Commissioned pet portraits are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you don't approve the painting, your deposit will be refunded and I keep the painting for my portfolio. None have been refused so far. Sign up and pay for classes in advance. I sell frames and can frame your class painting even if it's wet.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping cost will be added to invoices for those items that are mailed or shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis
Additional Information: I require a good, in-focus photograph of your pet in order to do a portrait, which are usually head and shoulders only. These are done in oil and take several weeks to do. Painting classes are one-day, two-day, and three-day classes, depending on the painting. If you have ever wanted to do a Bob Ross style painting, sign up for one of my classes.
